The new IFPUG members services website offers many great tools for you to easily manage your membership, certification and access to key member benefits. One of those new features is access to all of your invoices since July 1, 2022 through your member profile. This new feature can be used to submit payment for an open invoice or to download a copy of a paid invoice for your records.

Note: For dues payments, please use the Membership Renewal Form to complete payment. The renewal form allows you to review your membership information and make sure your contact information is up to date. For corporate members, key contacts are also able to review and update your company roster.

How to Pay an Open Invoice

  1. Visit https://ifpug.memberclicks.net/my-profile (login required)
  2. Navigate your cursor over the “My Profile” menu header, and select “Invoice” from the drop-down options
  3. You should find all open and closed invoices 
  4. You can then click on the ID number for the open invoice, and then click on the button to "Pay Invoice" at the bottom of the invoice
  5. Enter the corresponding payment information through the online form

How to Print a Paid Invoice

  1. Visit https://ifpug.memberclicks.net/my-profile (login required)
  2. Navigate your cursor over the “My Profile” menu header, and select “Invoice” from the drop-down options
  3. You should find all open and closed invoices 
  4. You can then click on the ID number for the open invoice, and then click on the button to "Download" at the bottom of the invoice
